Delivery Information
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
As a general rule for any order, it takes us 3 working days to process your order, this implies the time from receipt of your order until it is shipped. Sometimes this time may vary due to a shortage of stock on the product or depending on your order if it comes with customizations, in this case, if your jersey is customized the order processing time is approximately 5 days.
Once your item has successfully passed the authentication process, you will receive tracking information for your purchase, this process usually takes 3-7 business days (excluding weekends or holidays),
DELIVERY TIMES
Once your order is placed it takes us 2 to 3 days to process your order, then comes the shipping time which is 7 to 21 days. As a general rule, your package will be delivered to you within 12 days.
We are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your package during its journey.
